📋 Description

• The Senior Application Analyst is a key leader within the applications team, responsible for advanced support, configuration, and optimization of software applications across clinical, business, and ambulatory environments. • This role will involve complex troubleshooting, in-depth configuration, and proactive maintenance to ensure application stability and alignment with organizational goals. • The Senior Application Analyst shall also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, enhance workflows, and support strategic initiatives. • This senior role is ideal for experienced professionals in healthcare IT who are committed to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions and best practices. • This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field of study preferred. • A minimum of 4-8 or more years' experience supporting, maintaining, and configuring enterprise applications in a healthcare or comparable environment required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered. • Advanced understanding of application configurations and settings. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues. • Effective communication skills to interact with various user groups. • Capacity to learn and adapt to new applications and software environments quickly. • Ownership of continued learning and ability to learn on the fly. • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs. • Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.
