📋 Description
• We are seeking a Senior Data and Automation Analyst - Deal Desk to join the Deal Desk Strategy and Programs team at Samsara • In this role, you’ll lead data initiatives, provide actionable insights, and develop scalable solutions to optimize deal outcomes and drive business growth • You will own KPI reporting, predictive modeling, and workflow automation to optimize Deal Desk capacity • You will also collaborate cross-functionally with our business partners to leverage these insights to support data-based decision making and ultimately increase deal velocity • This is a high-impact opportunity to shape data processes and empower the Deal Desk team with tools and insights that support long-term success
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Prior experience designing and implementing automation solutions to streamline processes • Ability to distill critical insights from complex and unstructured data, and deliver concise, impactful insights to stakeholders • Track record of managing priorities and producing deliverables on-time with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Salesforce and Databricks (ideal) • Experience with Python or other programming languages for analytics (ideal)
