• Support mission through Epic application configurations • Manage multiple projects, define and delegate tasks • Serve as SME for technical design and process improvement • Consult with billing offices to identify workflows • Provide financial updates and project status reports • Lead trainings and document best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years in relevant role • 2 applicable certifications/preferences for Ambulatory/HOD • Experience in Healthcare IT required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5-7 years relevant experience • Intermediate proficiency in Excel • Strong communication skills • Detail-oriented, data-driven • Proactive and solution-oriented • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to travel up to 25%
