Description

• Create digital ad campaigns, and manage those existing across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization. • Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager to design, execute, and optimize ad campaigns. • Create and manage engaging social media graphic designs and creative content for ads. • Write compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions. • Develop and maintain regular publishing and a calendar schedule for all social media content using Hootsuite. • Develop and maintain campaign performance reports, providing actionable recommendations to optimize lead generation. • Assist with landing page strategies to support social media campaigns. • Curate an Instagram grid and layout that is cohesive with our company brand. • Support brand awareness initiatives through consistent and strategic social media activities. • Proactively manage our online reputation with swift, on-brand responses to all social media interactions. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute additional strategies and cross-channel campaigns. • Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes, continuously adapting strategies to maintain an edge in lead generation and engagement. • Track Competitor social media content and lead strategy, ensuring we're always one step ahead in the social media game. • Organize regular brainstorming sessions with the team across the company to generate fresh, innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content. • Experiment with emerging social media platforms and features to expand our reach and engage new audiences. • Utilize Adobe Photoshop or equivalent design tools (e.g., Canva) for graphic design tasks. • Other duties as assigned by Marketing Department Heads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. • Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager is a MUST. • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns, and ad campaigns, especially across multiple platforms. • Experience with social media analytics and tools. • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization. • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content. • Strong interpersonal skills for managing online interactions and building community. • Experience with creating and maintaining a content calendar. Via Hootsuite is a plus! • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and trends.
