Description

• Develop, write, and edit engaging content for our blog, website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and goals. • Create visually appealing and innovative graphics, videos, and infographics to support content and social media campaigns. • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram. • Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring consistency in voice and tone across all platforms. • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. • Create and manage organic and paid content specifically tailored for TikTok and Instagram, including Stories, Reels, IGTV, and TikTok videos. • Analyze social performance metrics for TikTok and Instagram, and use insights to optimize and refine our content strategy. • Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. • Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. • Prepare and present regular reports on content and social media metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement. • Work closely with the marketing team to align content and social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns. • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree. • Proven experience as a Content Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in the D2C. • Hands-on experience in TikTok and Instagram, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. • Proficiency in utilising AI tools • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in using social media platforms and native reporting (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) • Experience with SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics. • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Passion for health, wellness, and the vitamins and supplements industry.
