📋 Description
• Flow is a layer one blockchain designed for a new generation of Web3 apps, games, and digital assets. • Flow is home to millions of users and apps from top tier creators. • Flow launched Flow Wallet to set the new standard for wallets across Web3. • The mission is to take Web3 mainstream, solving user experience issues related to wallets. • As Tech Lead, you'll lead Flow Wallet’s engineering team. • You'll build features like account recovery and secure enclave support, driving mainstream adoption of Web3 applications.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams. • 10+ year of software development experience. • Recently demonstrated web/mobile software architecture/design expertise, owning iOS/Android/Web engineering deliverables. • Experience managing engineering development of multiple large-scale projects from start to finish. • Experience collaborating with product leadership to accomplish business goals. • Expertise in driving technical decision making. • Experience hiring engineering teams. • Passion for Web3/Blockchain, with strong understanding and interest in industry trends. • Preferred: Web3 industry experience. • Preferred: Working with Web3 wallets. • Bonus: Experience building on Cadence/Flow.
