•About Fluxx: •At Fluxx, our mission is to be the leading collaborative grantmaking platform that amplifies impact in our global communities. •We’re a mission-driven business making an impact in philanthropy, and our cloud platform enables the end-to-end grantmaking process for funders and doers. •We volunteer, serve our community, and we’re committed to building a team of outstanding individuals with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. •Fluxx has a mind for technology and a heart for philanthropy. •Fluxx is looking for a highly motivated Senior AI Product Manager to join the Product team. •You will lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered product initiatives, ensuring that Fluxx remains at the forefront of innovation in the grantmaking space. •Your work will focus on identifying opportunities where AI can transform the user experience, drive efficiency, and reinforce responsible AI practices in philanthropy.

🎯 Requirements

•5-10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years managing AI/ML products. •Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams with experience in successfully launching products and features to market. •Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science principles, including experience working with AI teams. •Experience developing and launching AI-powered SaaS or B2B products at scale. •Highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly solutions. •Proven experience working closely with Development and QA in an Agile environment. •Strong product management skills, with a track record of shipping AI-driven products that reached thousands of users. •Ability to manage multiple AI initiatives simultaneously without compromising results. •Familiarity with AI governance, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices. •Willingness to adapt to evolving requirements/needs of a fast-growing company. •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented culture.
