• Flying Bisons is a leading Digital Consulting & Delivery company based in Warsaw. • We discover, define, design, and develop world-class digital products. • Seeking a highly organized and process-driven Operations Director to optimize operations. • Responsibilities include process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, process automation, team management, and legal compliance oversight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Operations Director role in the IT industry • Solid understanding of operational management best practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in process mapping, optimization, and automation • Ability to lead and motivate teams • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations • Experience in international business operations would be a plus • Fluent both Polish and English
