Description
• Define and deliver the product vision for FNA's fraud solutions. • Ensure seamless execution of the product strategy and roadmap. • Own end-to-end product development by understanding client pain points. • Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with business objectives. • Gather requirements and design inputs from clients for National Fraud Portals. • Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and data science.
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience working in the payments fraud field. • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science to develop and enhance fraud detection tools. • Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. • Some coding skills (Python) are advantageous. • Experience with products leveraging AI is a plus. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • You're a team player with tenacity underpinned by self-awareness and empathy.
