•Missions are accomplished with people, driving towards a greater purpose. •Foley has been a trusted partner to motor carriers of all sizes. •Our technologically advanced approach to DOT compliance automates many of the background screening and compliance requirements motor carriers must comply with. •At Foley, a Product Manager serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Product Development Team. •The Product Manager will become familiar with Foley’s product offerings and develop a deep understanding of the market, our customers, and our competitors. •You will report to the Director of Product Management and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering. •We welcome new ways to work collaboratively with roles and departments. •Research and evaluate the market, current and potential customers, and the competition. •Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven products that enrich decision-making. •Ensure that data products comply with industry standards and regulations for data security, privacy, and governance.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or math. •For non-computer science majors, hands-on experience with software development, launch, and/or management of a data platform •Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions. •Proven experience (3+ years) in data product management or a related role with a track record of successful data product delivery. •Expertise in data platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Looker, or other equivalent solutions •Knowledge of computing platforms, software architectures, and database designs. •Experience with scrum. •Understanding of product development lifecycle and experience with SDLC tools such as Atlassian suite of tools or Azure DevOps. •Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
