Description
• Work on web-based applications and API testing. • Requirements gathering and analysis. • Maintain testing artifacts: checklists, test plans, etc. • Participate in SDLC. • Record and track software bugs. • Analyze risks related to product quality. • Establish partnerships with product managers and engineers. • Conduct product regression testing. • Early estimation of testing efforts with product managers.
Requirements
• 2-3 years of commercial experience as QA. • Preference to prevent bugs. • Practical experience in Agile/Kanban. • End-to-end, functional, regression, usability, and GUI testing. • Backend testing experience including API testing. • API testing experience (Postman or similar). • Ability to write SQL queries. • Early requirements review and analysis. • Practice in risk analysis and testing impacts. • Experience in test planning and estimating. • Knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA).
