📋 Description
• We are expanding our Analytics function in India to bolster our existing teams in the US and UK. • We are seeking an Insights Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Insights team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven decision-making. • You will manage 2 insights analysts, based in India and liaise with your counterparts in the UK. • You will be dedicated to a specific business area, working with its General Manager to provide in-depth analysis. • You will collaborate closely with the Insights team to provide recommendations based on data trends and patterns.
🎯 Requirements
• At least eight (8) years of data analytics experience • At least four (4) years as a supervisor or mentor to junior staff • At least two (2) years of experience with BI visualisation tools, such as: Tableau Looker and/or Looker Data Studio • At least two (2) years of experience using and querying raw data from a web analytics platform. Google Analytics is preferred • Strong SQL skills, including unnesting, window functions, and regular expressions (regex) • Experience with BigQuery is a plus • A deep understanding of large, relational databases and how to leverage a wide-variety of data structures to drive insights • Ability to translate findings into recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority in a clear and concise manner • Ability to communicate data to non-technical audiences through the use of reports and visualisations • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Able to prioritise across different projects to focus on the highest-impact work and communicate those priorities to junior team members and/or stakeholders • High level of attention to detail, along with the ability to "zoom out" to consider the larger goals • Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively with teammates across multiple geographies and time zones
