Description

• Oversee and drive technical strategy and implementation of Salesforce solutions supporting CRM objectives. • Manage project, system integration/engineering/architecture, team leadership, and best practices adherence. • Increase Salesforce platform benefits in organization focusing on reusability, COE, Security, and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related fields • 10+ years experience in managing/leading CRM/Salesforce projects and teams. • Working experience and knowledge of end-to-end Salesforce system delivery from design, development, integrations, data migrations/loads, transition into production operations. • Salesforce certifications Platform Development, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required. Additional certifications is plus • Excellent oral and writing communication skills. • Understanding of Salesforce development environment and related tools. • Project Management methodologies, preferably Agile methodologies, and Jira tool. • Familiar with Salesforce DevOps (Copado) and Automation tools like Copado, TOSCA Automation and other processes pertaining to Salesforce platform. • Familiar with Salesforce integration and data migration tools and patterns like Mulesoft, APIs etc. • Experience in Automotive industry is plus, not mandatory.
