🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or work equivalence. β€’ 5+ proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role, with a strong understanding of SRE principles and practices. β€’ 3+ years in demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. β€’ Deep technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing (GCP preferred), systems administration, networking, and software development. β€’ Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). β€’ Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Terraform, Golang, Python). β€’ Strong understanding of incident management and root cause analysis. β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. β€’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). β€’ Experience with Agile development methodologies (preferred). β€’ Experience with DevOps practices and tools (preferred). β€’ Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) (preferred). β€’ Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) (preferred). β€’ Experience with budgeting and resource management (preferred).
