📋 Description

• We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our US based Enterprise Architecture team to lead the build-out of new financial capabilities. • You will support our financial services strategy and define architecture for integrating these new Ford Credit services with external platforms as SaaS solutions. • This includes evaluating alternatives, creating secure enterprise solutions, and detailing out integrations using cloud native technologies on GCP. • It requires a strong experience in Business and Solution Architecture and a deep understanding of cloud native technologies on Google platform, a strategic, progressive mindset, and the ability to solve business challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • Google Professional Cloud Architect certification preferred. • 5+ years of relevant work experience in business and solution architecture, with deep understanding of cloud hosting concepts and implementations. • Experience in migrating legacy applications to Cloud platform and business adoption of these platforms • Knowledge of enterprise frameworks and technologies. Strong in architecture design patterns, experience with secure interoperability standards and methods, architecture tools and processes. • Strong understanding on DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), automated testing & deployment pipelines. • Good understanding of cloud security best practices and be familiar with different security tools and techniques like Identity and Access Management (IAM), Encryption, Network Security, etc. • Experience with banking services (deposits, direct and indirect lending) is preferred • Understanding of microservices architecture • Ability to negotiate & influence key stakeholders • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizing, and problem-solving skills
