• Forerunner helps government agencies access, understand, and mobilize local-level flood risk data. • As a Senior Product Manager, drive the development and adoption of resilience software for governments. • Own the product roadmap across multiple teams and translate customer needs into strategies that deliver measurable impact. • Conduct in-depth customer discovery to identify government needs and market opportunities. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of proven product management experience with a track record of delivering impactful products • Strong product sense and the ability to define and adapt processes to meet evolving customer and business needs • Exceptional product and design taste, and the ability to synthesize diverse customer inputs into cohesive product solutions • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management • Clear communication skills and an ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience building products for governments and within regulated environments (PII, SOC2, ADA, FEDRAMP) • Understanding of geospatial data and GIS systems • Background in enterprise software development, deployment, and adoption
