• The Senior Product Manager is a product leader within our organization, responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio • As a seasoned product management professional, you will lead and mentor junior team members, drive product roadmaps, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and launch of high-impact products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth • As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the product vision and strategy, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and driving product innovation • Your strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and leadership skills will be instrumental in delivering exceptional user experiences and achieving business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields • MBA or advanced degree is a plus • 6-7+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a focus on software-as-a-service (SaaS) products • Compliance program experience as a solution provider, consultant or practitioner • Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of innovative products • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results • Proficiency in product management methodologies, agile practices, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc) • Ability to develop understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the SaaS industry • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with achieving business goals • Experience working with team members in a global setting
