• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and initiatives. • Work with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Engage with our online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, building strong relationships with followers to foster trust and loyalty. • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through social media, ensuring responses are professional and timely. • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels. • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing recommendations to improve social media strategies. • Stay updated on new trends, tools, and best practices in social media, suggesting new ideas to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant. • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Experience in a Social Media Manager role or similar position, particularly in a marketing agency or related industry. • Deep understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and how to use each platform effectively in various scenarios. • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
