Description

• Proactive Operations and Environment Maintenance • Develop and configure ad-hoc ServiceNow enhancements/configurations • Own issues and bring them to resolution as quickly as possible while providing proactive updates • Strong communication skills • Support architecture of platform and work with teams for implementation of tools and plugins • Define KPIs for and monitor CMDB data quality • Finding solutions from previous cases using the Knowledge Base • Ensure ADO tickets are properly updated and asset management system is properly updated. • Create clear and concise technical and process documentation • Be proactive in taking ownership of tasks and managing them through completion and knowing when to ask for help • Flexibility to learn new technologies and quickly adapt. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow • Strong Knowledge of Office products • Strong Understanding of CMDB management • Understanding of Active Directory • Understanding of Discovery Tools (Discovery and SCCM) • Understanding of ADO • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently but also in a team environment • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
