Description

• Overseeing all aspects of People Operations, including employee lifecycle; contracting, onboarding through to off boarding. • Identify and initiate process improvement projects across People Operations. • Leads employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance. • Oversees global payroll, leading relationships with payroll partners. • Manage HRIS database ensuring accurate People data. • Lead internal and external audits for adherence to policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience leading a People Operations team or similar role. • Experience working with global employees (UK/EU/Americas) • Managed global employee benefits and compensation programmes. • Led global payroll teams (EOR / outsource / in-house) • Stakeholder Management at C-level
