Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a first-class candidate experience. • Support Talent Lead on implementing performance management framework, including reviews and goal setting.

Requirements

• Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, who’s worked across multiple business areas (tech / non-tech) • Proven experience in building and improving employee performance management frameworks; annual/bi-annual appraisal processes, goal setting, etc. • Worked in a high performing and collaborative Talent Management team. • Excellent project management skills, including communication, planning, organisation and execution. • Proficient with HR/Talent/Performance systems (any or all of Greenhouse, SageHR & Quantive would be a plus!) • Worked within a technology company, ideally SaaS and/or Fintech
