• Fors Marsh seeks an Associate Creative Director (ACD), Bilingual Copywriter to elevate leadership and creativity. • Integral part of the creative team, responsible for crafting compelling concepts and innovative copy. • Collaborate closely with designers and other creatives to develop concepts. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Lead and mentor art directors and copywriters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in areas such as advertising or marketing. • 8+ years of relevant work experience in creative copywriting for national campaigns. • Fluency in English and Spanish for written and oral communication. • Strong creative thinking and conceptual skills in English and Spanish. • Proficiency in digital and social media platforms and familiarity with SEO best practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Critical thinking skills. • Leadership skills. • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to handle feedback and make revisions quickly and effectively.
