• Lead quantitative analysis tasks and support evaluation projects. • Manage and analyze large datasets; interpret results from analyses. • Prepare research reports and presentation decks summarizing methods and findings. • Provide client account management to build relationships and understand needs. • Balance roles across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics or other social science field. • Minimum of 2 years of applied experience in evaluation research projects for federal clients. • Understanding of social science methodology (e.g., evaluation design, survey research, multivariate regression). • Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis software package (STATA preferred, SPSS, or R). • Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis. • Strong proficiency in MS Powerpoint for developing client presentations. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Meticulous attention to detail. • U.S. Citizenship and consent to a full background check required.
