Description

• Seeking an intelligent and motivated research associate for Military Workplace Climate Research team. • Work in a researcher role including quantitative and qualitative research activities. • Provide expertise in development, execution, and analysis of large-scale surveys for the Department of Defense. • Support design, development, and execution of large-scale surveys on workplace issues in military. • Manage client relationships and multiple concurrent projects with deliverables. • Prepare and analyze data and interpret results from analyses to identify patterns and solutions. • Summarize research methods and results in internal and external communications including reports for various audiences.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in social science field such as survey methodology, psychology, sociology, public health, or other related fields. • A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate applied experience working with survey research projects or large datasets. • Knowledge of at least one or more statistical programming packages (R highly preferred). • Ability to successfully develop and maintain client relationships. • Keen eye for detail. • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Demonstrated ability to successfully complete contracts, meeting client standards for deliverables and completing work on-time and within available budgets. • Comfortable working with sensitive topics such as sexual assault and suicidal ideation.
