β€’ Seeking an intelligent and motivated research associate for Military Workplace Climate Research team. β€’ Work in a researcher role including quantitative and qualitative research activities. β€’ Provide expertise in development, execution, and analysis of large-scale surveys for the Department of Defense. β€’ Support design, development, and execution of large-scale surveys on workplace issues in military. β€’ Manage client relationships and multiple concurrent projects with deliverables. β€’ Prepare and analyze data and interpret results from analyses to identify patterns and solutions. β€’ Summarize research methods and results in internal and external communications including reports for various audiences.

Requirements

β€’ Graduate degree in social science field such as survey methodology, psychology, sociology, public health, or other related fields. β€’ A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate applied experience working with survey research projects or large datasets. β€’ Knowledge of at least one or more statistical programming packages (R highly preferred). β€’ Ability to successfully develop and maintain client relationships. β€’ Keen eye for detail. β€’ Strong verbal and written communications skills. β€’ Demonstrated ability to successfully complete contracts, meeting client standards for deliverables and completing work on-time and within available budgets. β€’ Comfortable working with sensitive topics such as sexual assault and suicidal ideation.
