• As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating marketing efforts. • Partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams, you will oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and processes. • Your focus will be on executing marketing activities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every aspect of the launch process is activated and delivered at the right time.
🎯 Requirements
• Game Launch Expertise: Experience managing marketing for mobile game launches across regions, with knowledge of localization requirements, market trends, and platform-specific guidelines (iOS, Android). • Marketing and Project Management: Proven track record in marketing operations or project management, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Collaboration and Communication: Strong communicator and collaborator with leadership skills to align diverse teams and maintain accountability across stakeholders. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, MMPs, Tableau, Looker) and experience integrating Martech stacks and optimizing data flows. • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; marketing or project management certifications are a plus.
