Description
• ServiceChannel is looking for highly motivated people to join our growing Marketplace team. • Help scale new services, SC Managed and Scout. • Play the role of builder, doer & strategist in an entrepreneurial role. • Leverage data platform to procure high-performing providers for SCOUT & SC Managed programs. • Conduct deep-dive cost analysis for largest clients. • Support daily marketplace operations through oversight of service provider allocation. • Collaborate on cross-functional improvement initiatives with analytics and reporting solutions. • Provide ad hoc support for strategic projects and process improvements. • Work with sales and marketing teams to attract new clients.
Requirements
• 1+ years in operations, performance marketing, consulting or analytics-based role • Strong analytical skills exhibited in prior experience (with a preference for Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel) • Constant learner, with a scrappy can-do attitude, and a hunger to take things on • Self-starter who is able to work independently and take on a high level of ownership • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment • Intellectual curiosity to go deep into data, identify trends, and ask questions
