Description
• ServiceChannel is a leading cloud-based service automation platform for facilities management. • Looking for an experienced Director, UX Design to lead a growing Product Design / UX team. • Work on a market-leading, enterprise SaaS platform used by well-known brands. • Lead product research, validation, workflow, interaction design and user testing.
Requirements
• Experience managing a team of UX designers • Excellent online or shareable Portfolio that showcases high quality enterprise SaaS design for highly available desktop and mobile solutions. (Please provide any required password.) • Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, User Experience, related field, or equivalent work experience. • 10+ years of UX design experience • Experienced in communicating with engineers and advocating for designs and UX during the development process • Proficiency with industry standard design tools, preferably Figma
