Description

• Drive revenue growth and customer retention by effectively engaging with customers, supporting proactive sales campaigns, and managing inbound leads. • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up, qualification, and handoff to the appropriate sales representatives. • Engage with existing customers to understand their needs, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and facilitate account expansion. • Develop and execute proactive sales campaigns targeting specific customer segments or market opportunities. • Active role in territory planning and business development for efficiency gains within territories. • Driving After Sales process to increase attach and upsell rates. • Manage the inbound lead process, including qualification, follow-up, and escalation as needed. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives. • Monitor sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline development, and revenue attainment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role, with a focus on customer retention and revenue growth. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and colleagues. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting. • Analytical skills and attention to detail to track and analyze sales performance metrics.
