Description

• ASP’s International Legal Team seeks a Contract Manager LATAM for commercial teams. • Responsible for drafting, negotiating, and processing high volumes of commercial contracts. • Requires understanding of commercial contracts and a growth-oriented mindset for contract templates. • Remote role based preferably in Colombia, Brazil, or Mexico. • Key duties include legal document management, compliance training, and contract implementation efficiencies. • Traits for candidates include excellent communication skills, confidentiality, detail orientation, and strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Candidates can hold a Masters in commercial contracting without having graduated from law school. • Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ prior working experience in a legal department of a global health-care related company or an international law firm with healthcare practice. • At least 3+ years’ working experience in-house. • Experience in compliance is a plus. • Must be fluent in Spanish, English, and Brazilian Portuguese is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Adobe. • Experience with contract life-cycle management and e-signature software tools (Extraordinary Teams).
