• Sales Director for the European region responsible for achieving sales targets • Develop and implement strategic sales plans • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers • Evaluate performance to ensure effective countermeasures are in place • Develop and manage KPIs, sales funnels and forecasting tools • Define roles, set goals, motivate and coach the sales team • Implement high employee engagement business practices • Lead programs to drive product and service launches
