📋 Description

• As a Solution Architect, you will work on an architecture team in driving the company’s technological vision, leading the design and implementation of our solutions architecture to meet business needs. • The Solution Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership in the solution and implementation design of Intelex software during the entire customer cycle. • The position works closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, product, and services teams, to ensure that our technology solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices. • The position requires a deep understanding of design and configuration in our platform; as well as excellent communication and planning skills. • Design and implement a robust solutions architecture framework that integrates with existing systems and infrastructure while allowing for future scalability. • Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and governance to ensure consistency and quality across all projects. • Mentor and assist the Sales and Services team in presenting complex solutions that will require heavy app builder work to be viable. • Help Services team to translates client requirements into an Intelex solution design, including workflow and configuration architecture, that will meet client’s overall business objectives while maintain a consideration for cost, timeline, and user experience targets. • Leads the creation/maintenance of configuration guidelines and best practices in order to ensure efficient, reusable configuration detail is produced by the team and measured through regular reviews. • Conducts technical risk assessments through experience, analysis, prototyping and research.
