📋 Description

• Develop Fortrea business in MA&HEOR as well as participating in company-wide opportunities as needed • Present capabilities, manage client relationships, prepare and review proposals, and close opportunities. • Oversee project execution and research, development of deliverables and supervise others executing on projects as needed. • Ensure that findings and recommendations meet client requirements. • Ensure that projects meet budget, timeline and quality requirements. • Apply innovative solutions that address client needs and meet Fortrea objectives. • Work collaboratively with team(s) to grow existing accounts and client relationships, • Manage team, including onboarding, training, mentoring, performance management, and capacity utilization. • Develop and mentor team members; participate in hiring and manage performance • Role as senior leader in the group, ie participating in senior staff meetings: setting group goals/targets; developing and maintaining Admin structure and processes; reviewing opportunities; cross-referring business and other activities as needed • Assist in developing business strategy and objectives, and executing to meet objectives • Meet financial objectives per group goals • Set and maintain a standard of personal behavior and business ethics in line with Fortrea culture and build positive connections with Fortrea colleagues. • Collaborate with internal experts and teams to support company and/or client objectives • Assist in developing, maintaining and disseminating Standard Operating Procedures and supporting company processes; maintain quality standards • And all other duties as needed or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate level degree in field relevant to MA&HEOR • Proven expertise in scientific and technical aspects of discipline and in research studies; experience in consulting environment; strong skills in a market access/HEOR-related discipline • Track record of developing and managing business in consulting or similar environment; ability to challenge conventional thinking to solve client issues and develop solutions • Strong communication (written and oral), organization, and analytical skills; ability to analyze and understand complex client issues and develop and execute on solutions • Experience and skills leading teams • Ability to establish, maintain, and expand client relationships long-term • Team player
