• Introduce and implement new features for collaboration and end-user technologies. • Monitor emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the Modern workplace environment. • Engineer and implement MWCOE frameworks prioritizing user experience. • Manage licensing aspects for new features and drive financial feasibility assessments. • Coordinate change management and governance frameworks across Modern workplace services. • Collaborate and resolve user issues in a timely manner. • Analyze KPIs and trends related to user solutions and satisfaction. • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and Power Platform. • Strong business analysis, and the ability to translate business needs to technical solutions with Modern workplace technologies. • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions within the End-user computing ecosystem.
