🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience • 5+ years of experience within paper converting industry • 3+ years of project management experience within the paper converting industry utilizing multi-discipline engineering teams • Prior experience in various contracting models such as time and materials, lump sum, guaranteed maximum, etc. • Prior use of project management tools for schedule and financial tracking • Experience in capital project management • Experience in leading project scope definition efforts • Proficiency with MS Project • 10+ years of experience within the paper converting Industry • 7+ years of project management experience within the paper converting industry utilizing multi-discipline engineering teams • Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain within 24 months of start date • Professional Engineer license • Prior experience in a consulting environment • Prior experience leading proposal generation with or without a request for proposal • Experience using Primavera P6
