• Understand and document project scope • Develop and ensure follow-through upon project plans • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities • Ensure timely delivery of promised action items and client deliverables • Facilitate internal and external communication

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing services • Outstanding communication skills – written & verbal • Past collaboration with cross-functional client teams • Hands-on implementation experience with major multi-channel marketing tools • Experience with large volumes of customer data • Understanding of project management processes and methods • Ability to anticipate roadblocks and challenges
