📋 Description
• Join the LATAM's most talented team • Responsible for ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget • Collaborate with operational and IT stakeholders • Manage project risks and facilitate stakeholder meetings • Contribute to process improvement efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is required. • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in managing technical projects. • At least 1 year of experience working with Agile teams or organizations. • Proven track record of leading Agile or Scrum teams and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards. • Familiarity with the health insurance industry is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong meeting facilitation capabilities. • Experience in managing interdepartmental projects. • Strong understanding of modern technology platforms and systems. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project). • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
