• Responsible for installation and setup of high-tech medical and dental lasers systems at customer locations. • Travel to new customer locations for installations. • Provide basic operation training to customers post-installation. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the installation process. • Ensure compliance with company and safety standards during installations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field. • Education with electronics, biomedical engineering, or similar preferred. • Customer service experience. • Ability to travel up to 75%. • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift over 50 lbs. • Ability to push/pull heavy equipment on wheels/casters. • Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day. • Ability to work at a computer and sit/drive for extended periods. • Ability to analyze, test, and repair electronic equipment.
