Description
• Provide exceptional technical service and support to Fotona's customers across the United States • Perform and document laser installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs • Respond to customer inquiries regarding error codes and orders • Communicate with management regarding service orders
Requirements
• Minimum Associate's or Technical Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred • Education or experience with photonics, electronics, biomedical engineering, or similar preferred • Customer service and/or field service experience is a strong plus
