📋 Description
• Responsible for post award administration such as accounts receivables and claiming payments. • Manage the Post Award shared email box for timely handling of requests. • Provide expert support to PIs and faculty to establish new awards and monitor expenditure activity. • Maintain and analyze budgets, preparing reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs. • Improve financial integrity by monitoring and generating regular reconciliations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • 2-5 years of research administration, post award, research finance and/or other accounting and ledger related experience. • Experience working in both grants and contracts in a hospital or university setting is a plus.
