• Oversee all technical elements of assigned projects, ensuring quality and progress. • Have over three years of experience releasing apps for the App Store and Google Play. • Develop architecture that aligns with client goals and technological capabilities. • Monitor development tasks, prioritize, and remove blockers to keep the team on track. • Participate in interviewing, evaluating, and mentoring developers to enhance team capabilities. • Work closely with clients, company leadership, and project teams to ensure project success. • Keep development processes on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Possess leadership or supervisory experience with strong management skills. • Efficiently manage time and adapt efforts based on shifting priorities. • Aim to improve experiences for both clients and team members. • Welcome challenges and adopt a "get it done" attitude. • Demonstrated experience with Node.js, React.js, or React Native. • Experience working with startups, entrepreneurs, and in product development. • Willingness to take ownership of the team’s experience and work output. • Ensures that every aspect of the development is of high quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. • You are quick to adjust to new challenges and changes in project requirements. • Your proactive and clear communication style ensures that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
