Description

• Foundry is a brand platform setting a new standard for e-commerce performance and brand excellence. • We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Creative Designer to support our marketing team. • This role will focus on content creation for organic and paid social media channels. • Deliver visually compelling content that drives engagement and brand growth. • Develop and execute static and video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media design, content creation, or similar roles, preferably within the personal care, beauty, or lifestyle industries. • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other relevant design/video editing tools. • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media platforms and content best practices, especially for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. • Proven experience creating high-performing direct-response videos and static ads for paid social. • Familiarity with photography and videography principles, lighting, and editing for social media. • Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics and business goals. • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
