📋 Description
• Join the Fountain team for frontline workforce management solutions. • Seeking a self-sufficient Field Marketing Associate to support sales initiatives. • Generate 1:1 meetings with prospects during events. • Understand event lifecycle including outreach, engagement, and follow-up. • Align event goals with lead generation and pipeline-building strategies. • Manage lead data and ensure accuracy in CRM systems. • Create outreach templates targeting event registrants and attendees. • Collaborate to schedule pre-event meetings with leads and manage follow-ups.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in event management, preferably within the technology or HR industry • Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams and generating 1:1 meetings with prospects during events • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills • Proven ability to think strategically and implement innovative event strategies • Proficient in managing event budgets and maintaining quality standards • Familiarity with event management software and CRM systems - Salesforce required
