📋 Description

•Humach is a fast-growing company at the forefront of AI-powered customer experience. •Seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Marketing Coordinator. •Support execution of key marketing initiatives, including content creation, digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, and event support. •Design and implement strategies to boost customer engagement and drive B2B lead generation. •Manage automation tools using HubSpot Marketing Hub to execute successful email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and customer journeys. •Develop personalized, data-driven B2B lead generation and conversion strategies. •Write compelling marketing copy for websites, ads, emails, blogs, and case studies. •Assist in creating scripts for video content and webinars. •Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. •Assist in planning and promoting industry events, trade shows, and webinars.

🎯 Requirements

•2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. •Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. •Experience with social media management and content scheduling. •Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM tools (HubSpot). •Experience leading paid media, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). •Strong project management skills and ability to multitask. •Experience in B2B marketing (contact center industry and/or AI and automation experience is a plus)
