📋 Description

• Assist Portfolio Manager in preparing annual operating budgets for submission to Clients and Properties • Monitor project budgets and marketing to maintain awareness of the financial status of each asset • Complete the monthly/quarterly Property Manager Checklist and submit on-time • Review and submit accurate weekly reports to clients • Make rent and concession recommendations based on market conditions • Ensure properties maintain appropriate and required forms, leases, and documents • Maintain units to FPI standards, including turn-overs and cleanliness • Provide training and positive guidance to employees • Respond to Client and Vendor calls, texts, etc. within 24 hours during the work week • Ensure compliance with all Equal Housing Opportunity laws • Conduct file reviews and inspections as required • Enforce community rules and regulations and FPI Standard Operating Procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate • Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy. • 2-4 years’ experience supervising employees (preferred) • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
