• Freedx is seeking an People and Culture Manager to join us in an exciting period of scaling and growth. • Freedx is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange dedicated to providing a seamless, secure, and innovative trading experience. • At FreedX, our vision is to be the most trusted and reliable cryptocurrency exchange. • As our People and Culture Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping FreedX's high-performance culture and setting up the strategy from the ground up. • You will partner closely with leadership to develop and execute strategies aligned with our rapid growth and ambitious goals. • This role demands a strategic thinker, a hands-on mentality and someone who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic, crypto-native environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an People an Culture Leader in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup, crypto or financial services company. • Previous experience in building performance assessment and grading systems in complex organizations. • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics (very desirable) and the challenges of a global workforce (Employment of Record etc) • Experience in building and scaling People and Culture functions in a startup environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
