Description

โ€ข The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. โ€ข Provide a generalist HR support service mainly on HR Administration, Recruitment & Induction, Learning & Development in UK and Ireland. โ€ข Champion and support best practice and delivery in recruitment, vetting, performance management, reward and recognition, personal development, resource planning and change management. โ€ข Appropriately manage day-to-day HR administration ensuring service excellence and full legal compliance on Employee matters. โ€ข Participate in or lead HR projects as required. โ€ข Provide support for employees who require advice on employment rights, changes to terms and conditions. โ€ข Continuously seek for opportunities to develop, train and educate HR processes, policies and procedures.

Requirements

โ€ข Bachelor's degree required โ€ข Substantial and progressive experience in HR required with demonstrated required functional knowledge & expertise โ€ข Experience working in a regional shared services organization a plus โ€ข Fluency in English โ€ข Demonstrated experience of, and focus on, proactively managing customer relationships โ€ข Must possess demonstrated understanding of continuous performance measurement โ€ข A track record of identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement - keeping it simple โ€ข Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in a complex, multi-supplier and matrixed environment โ€ข Curious; proactively ask questions about wider context in order to understand where to provide most business value; taking our customers to where they ought to be, not where they want to be โ€ข Exceptional conflict resolution skills โ€ข Comfortable with changes, the skill to easily shift priorities to meet business needs โ€ข Strong analysis and problem solving skills, able to carry out root cause analysis.
