• Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Employee Engagement Communications, the Business Segment Communications Senior Manager will be part of a team within the Center of Excellence (CoE) of Internal & Employee Engagement Communications (IEEC) that plays a critical role in helping to drive internal communications supporting the Business Segments of Fresenius Medical Care. • Work with Communications Business Partners in the respective segment, this role will be responsible for developing content that meets the communications needs on a global scale. • Create content that engages our target audiences, educates them on important business and/or job-related updates, and motivates employees to deliver on calls to action.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in public relations, communications and/or journalism • Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, preferably with extensive internal communications experience
