Description
• Serve as an advisor to executive leadership and lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies • Focus on proactive planning, swift response, and managing both internal and external communications during high visible, transformative events • Develop and manage the organization's overarching response strategy, including scenario planning, media relations and stakeholder communications
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field required • Master's Degree preferred • 10+ years experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with a focus on transformative communications for large, complex organizations required • Experience in healthcare or managed care industry strongly preferred • Experience successfully managing communication strategies for notable business developments, regulatory matters, or reputational issues
