Description

• Assist with the development and implementation of digital communications strategy to increase engagement across digital platforms • Manage digital platforms including OJP microsites, project resource clearinghouses, social media platforms, and GovDelivery accounts • Conduct regular analysis of digital media platform metrics to drive new ideas and digital media engagement • Maintain email distribution lists • Lead the technical production of digital communications including content development and design for eblasts, newsletters, online meetings, social media, website content, and webinars • Support the development of project reports, data visualizations, and publications • Create and maintain product templates and manage template library • Develop and deliver technology training for staff as needed • Design graphics that enhance our reports, presentations, social media content, e-learning materials, and other outreach materials • Collaborate on multimedia content development for web-based, digital learning, and communication products • Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the specifications for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field from an accredited institution • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and creating product, media, and marketing materials in multiple formats (including web-based products, online media, and print publication) • Minimum 5 years of experience in product branding, formatting and design • US citizenship required by federal government contract • This position requires a Public Trust security clearance.
