• Develop and maintain trust relationships with existing and potential clients • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships • Resolve customer issues, maximize satisfaction, and prepare reports
• Grade 12 or equivalent • Degree (advantageous) • 3-5 years’ experience in sales, key accounts, customer service and administration (non-negotiable) – preferably in the service industry • Experienced sales professionals who can close the leads and enquiries internally. • Able to build strong client relationships. • Excellent computer skills • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback • Solid lead generation experience • Exceptional communication skills in English (clients based in the UK only)
